Hoi @RealSiRi,

It's sad to hear that you didn't recieve the proper mental health care, for your depression.

You are not alone, there are people and places that can give you support. Our organisation De Kindertelefoon is one of those places you could go to. We're available for calls (0800-0432) or chats (see website), every day from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM.  if you decide to talk or communicate with us, know that you're anonymous. Feel free to come to us for anything you might want to share. After we have listened  to your story, one of our volunteers could contribute their perspective, help sort your thoughts or something completly different. In the end we hope that in communicating with us, you'll be able to make changes in your situation.

A lot of our volunteers are able to speak englisch, so don't let that hold you back.

Sharing your story on this Forum is a means of caring for yourself. That's something to be proud of!

Take care,

Robin59 (de Kindertelefoon)
